Team Leader

Eazy Garden Ltd are a leading grounds and garden maintenance business serving both residential and commercial clients in Dorset and surrounding areas. We are currently going through an exciting period of growth. We are seeking an enthusiastic, self-motivated Team Leader to join our team. You will be reporting to the Senior Team Leader.

  • Able to supervise, manage and motivate Team Members.

  • Competent at using technology.

  • Interest or experience in the industry.

  • PA1, PA6.

  • Driving licence.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Garden and grounds maintenance.

  • Soft landscaping.

  • Planting.

  • Weed control.

  • Day-to-day management of the Team Members.

  • Fulfilling the daily schedule to a good quality level.

  • Responsible for the team’s tools & equipment.

  • Ensuring that all equipment is maintained according to the schedule.

  • Upselling our services by identifying extra works.

  • Providing simple quotes using our CRM software.
